- Work WITH nature to increase the farms' biodiversity, bio-security and native species diversity.
- Do all we can as soon as we can to reduce the causes of human induced climate change.
- Provide low carbon footprint holidays, venue hire and host educational visits teaching about food, farming and the countryside.

We're hiring! Guest accommodation housekeeper position (part time)
LOCATION:
Cronkshaw Fold Farm, Rossendale, Lancashire, England BB4 4AQ (~10 minute drive from Haslingden town centre.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Undertaking housekeeping-related duties for our glamping accommodations. Work will include:
- Pushing a heavy wheelbarrow around the farm to our various accommodations.
- Cleaning accommodations.
- Setting up rooms to look homely and beautiful, ready for guest arrivals.
- Putting away cleaning supplies, washing accommodation laundry.
- Cleaning communal areas like the kitchen and visitor loos.
- Recycling and composting guest waste.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- PASSION for tackling climate change.
- EFFICIENT and practical approach to undertaking accommodation changeovers.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Ensuring the comfort and safety of all farm stay guests throughout their stay.
- PHYSICALLY FIT & STRONG: Confident in your own physical abilities to carry large bags and push wheelbarrows around the farm (usually around 10-15kg in weight).
HOURS:
Fridays and Sundays 10am - 2.30pm
Possibility for additional hours between 9.30am and 2.30pm Sunday - Friday from September 2025 for the right candidate.
PAY:
£5,715 per year.
For the right candidate, additional pay is available for hours on top of 10am - 2.30pm Friday and Sunday hours (from September 2025).
Monthly bonuses are also available for successful implementation of new, innovative ideas. For every week of 5* guest reviews, you get a box of fresh farm eggs!

Candidates who have no previous experience working in hospitality will still be considered. Our key requirements are passion and enthusiasm to tackle climate change, attention to detail and a desire to create homely, appealing feels in all our accommodations.

We subsequently offer a wide variety of work opportunities. Our two main placement offerings are:

We typically offer week long placements for 14-22 year-olds. Placements take place throughout the year, during half terms, the summer brake and term time.
